Coffeebean and jam products
Goods refund are not acceptable in any situations.
For all coffee bean or jam products purchased at Coffeelin online shop, you can request us for replacement of goods if the following conditions occur within 7 days upon your receipt of the goods:
- Incomplete packaging
- Quality problems
- Missing or incorrect delivery ofproducts
However, replacement of goods will not be accepted for the following conditions:
- Goods have been received for more than 7 days.
- Goods have been opened or used(for example, packaging tape or box has been torn).
- Discounted, clearance or special offer items with indication of being non-returnable.
- Free-of-charge items.
- Products purchased at Coffeelin retail store.
Procedures for Goods replacement
For replacement of goods, please follow the procedures below:
- Please email or call our CustomerService Department and provide us with your Order Number and the reasons for replacement .
- After confirming the date for the replacement of goods, please bring along the returned goods to Coffeelin retail store or office to complete the exchange of goods.
Please note that we must inspect and verify the returned goods before we make replacement. If it is found that our Return Policy conditions are not met with, all returned goods will not be accepted for replacement and Coffeelin will not be responsible for replacing the goods.
In the event of any disputes, Coffeelin reserves the right of the finaldecision.
